Betts & Twine - Bespoke Florist

Appalling service, I’d spent weeks planning my Christmas flowers, which were all paid for. Visited the shop to discuss plans and had a further phone call to go over designs for my Christmas centre piece and side board flowers. Flowers never turned up. 2 weeks later still waiting for my refund and can’t get hold of them. I was very upset on the day as I’d spent so long planning beautiful flowers and telling my family how lovely they were going to look. When I eventually got hold of the owner he said he had no recollection or record of my order?! I’ll be contacting trading standards.

Adrian bought some Christmas Trees from me 3 weeks ago and persuaded me to let him have them on credit as it was an urgent order and promised to pay for them that afternoon. Big mistake on my part. Three weeks later , three broken promises and still has not paid. I would advise anyone not to pay them any money up front as they are unlikely to receive the goods.

Every so often you stumble across a local business which really gets you excited about shopping, and when they offer products as high quality as this, and a service as good as the one Ade provided to me, he's won a repeat customer for as long as I possibly can. Goodbye shop bought flowers, hello fresh flower subscription. I got a lovely 6ft Fraser fir delivered for free to my flat with a stand, all on the day I chose. Ade is a real gent and it's a pleasure to do business with him. I am a loyal fan now.

The staff were so friendly and service we received was 11/10. We’re absolutely thrilled with our Christmas tree, it’s thick, bushy and smells amazing. Adrian went above and beyond, delivered the tree to our front door and came back the following day with a stand and some gorgeous decorations as part of the service - excellent value for money. Thank you so much! Would highly recommend :)

Just got an amazing custom made flower bouquet for friends wedding celebration. Supa happy how it turned out!!!

Stumbled upon this gorgeous shop yesterday afternoon. Thank you for my beautiful hand-tied bouquet, now brightening my day in its vase. Talent and a respect for the natural beauty of quality flowers shines through in their arrangements.

This shop and its owner Adrian Evans are a complete joke!, the Betts name and its 4 generations of really hard working florists has nothing to do with this business! My family and I have had private messages asking us to return money for work they've not completed.
