This florist was so incredibly terrible that I actually had to laugh? Don't waste your money getting someone in the London hospital flowers from here. Firstly they only have a sad selection of tired looking blooms, no unopened roses, and only wilting tulips.

He was very friendly but doesn't have floristry skills, my local corner store wraps my flowers more beautifully for 1/3 the price. He wrapped my flowers in completely ripped and jagged chopped paper so that the whole edge of paper around the top which is meant to frame your flowers was a horrible mess, and charged me £20 for 6 stems of lilies (which would be understandable at a professional florists but not for what they were offering).

When I discovered the price (which is the same as what I recently paid for for beautifully boxed French tulips from Liberty) I asked if he could perhaps re wrap them because they looked very untidy, and he became quite passive aggressive with me, and the lilies ended up being quite damaged.

Even after re-wrapping he took so little care that they were embarrassing - luckily I am crafty and managed to quickly re do it myself in the waiting room so that at least the ends of the paper meet evenly.

Considering they are the nearest florist to the London hospital they could be doing a roaring trade, but it is clear why they are not. Don't waste your money and buy chocolates instead or pre buy your flowers before you get to the white chapel area!

Went here because of the good reviews but I must've gone on a bad day. The man was so grumpy when I made requests on what I like in a bouquet but very obvious he couldn't be bothered and just wanted me to leave. When he was making it, he said I gotta pay whether or not I like it. I paid £23 for flowers that looked nothing like I asked for and I regret gifting it to my mother because it's ruined her birthday photos just by being in them.
He was also being rude to the gentleman he served before me, so when the customer had to go withdraw money to pay, he never came back and I don't blame him. I should've done the same.

I am delighted with my beautiful flowers. At first Linda couldn't find our house - it's very hidden - but she left a message and tried again. I can happily say that the service at Kelly's is as gorgeous as the flowers themselves, a stunning display in pinks and whites. I highly recommend Kelly's. And thank you to my lovely colleagues for my gift!

Always a lovely visit... never desapointrd with the service or products. Last set of flowers stayed alive for 3 weeks!

So disappointed as thought I found a flower shop close to my work as like to buy flowers regularly. Unfortunately the customer service was less than good. Awful really. I said the price for a bunch of flowers I had picked up was more than I usually pay and didn’t want to spend more than £6 for some flowers and was hoping to be pointed to a cheaper bunch. He mentioned carnations for 70p each, fair enough but hardly a nice wee bunch of flowers. I hesitated and he told me to ‘take a walk’ to the other flower shop.. and I ‘shouldn’t be rude.’ I was out on my break from a hectic shift at hospital, I felt awful after going in there. He did apologise as I walked out empty handed but a little to late.

Very poor customer service. I ordered flowers for a special occasion and they were not ready when I came to pick up. Very rude in communication using slang, which I think is definitely not the appropiate way to speak with customers. Flowers were not fresh and no variety at all. Zero creativity! And honestly, who would store several old motorbikes in a flower shop?! Eventually, I didn´t take the flowers and definitely will never go back! Horrible experience!! Luckily the florist a few streets away was really amazing and saved my day.

BF had valentines flowers delivered from here and they were perfect!!!

Ordered some flowers for my colleague's birthday. Anthony from Kelly's florist took my order over the telephone, he was super helpful and I have no doubt a beautiful bouquet will be delivered in due course!
