My wife was thunderstruck by the beauty of the arrangement they sent on my behalf. A cut above anything else I've ever seen. It was called a tropical medley and was colourful and incredibly artistic. It had just the effect you hope for when you send flowers and lifted the spirits of our household when morale was a bit low and during the cruddy winter weather. Thank you.

As ever, the flowers delivered to my sister were stunning. Such a reliable and creative florist. You never have to worry about the quality as all orders are beautiful.

I was trying to find a florist who would deliver to Stoke Park (not having any idea where it was and what was near to it). I was so very pleased to find this florist - I ordered a large basket of flowers to be delivered to my daughter and her husband, celebrating their 10th wedding anniversary, and I have to say how VERY pleased I was with the result. When my daughter brought the basket home with her, the flowers were just as I had asked for them and although It was more than I've ever paid for flowers, it was worth every penny - it exceeded my expectations.

A letter I sent to the shop and NEVER received a reply

Wedding Friday 26th June 2015

Now returned from our most fabulous two week honeymoon, we would like to thank you for the on time delivery of our wedding flowers. However, we were extremely disappointed with the presentation. Our discussed requirements with you at your Beaconsfield shop were not adhered too.

Unfortunately the button hole’s (Yellow roses with Ivy) were all very brown edged, and the ivy was wilting, my bouquet was very disappointing, all the ivy was wilting and again the yellow roses were brown edged. You may remember my daughter rang you on the morning, after the delivery, saying the corsages were not wrist tied!, I specifically remember discussing this with you at your Beaconsfield shop, mentioning as they wear to the prom, on the wrist! Your reply to my daughter was, (She didn’t specify)! Not something you really want to hear on your wedding day! Maybe an offer to make something and drop it around the corner at the Beaconsfield registry office, would have been a more reassuring offer, you seemed quite blunt. I would guess all the flowers were made the night before.

It honestly broke my heart to see the flowers. I was so excited when they arrived.

Luckily one of my friends tied some yellow ribbon I had kept, to the flowers and my daughters both had wrist corsages.

My now mother-in-law of 83 arranged all my table decorations and bridesmaids baskets, I really wish I had given her more work to do!

It is very important I give you my feedback, as this will hopefully prevent other brides being disappointed on their big day.

I ordered a bunch of flowers online all the way from Australia to be delivered to a friend of mine in Beaconsfield as a surprise. I couldn't believe it when they were delivered within 20 minutes! I received a photo and they look beautiful too! Thank you - your great service made everyone's day.
