Stems - Horsham Florist

A fantastic florist. I used them for my wedding and I would highly recommend. Our guests raved about how gorgeous the flowers were and I couldn't have been happier. Claire is lovely to work with and is clearly talented. Thank you so much for the wonderful job you did.

We have been buying from Stems since Claire first started out selling from her garage and have always been pleased and would have recommended her to anyone, well I'm afraid no more. Since Claire sold her business it has gradually gone down hill, the prices have increased but the quantity and quality of the flowers have decreased. My son would buy for his girlfriend, but no more. My daughter arranged some to be delivered to me on Friday, when they where delivered the driver said these are from your mum, oh no your daughter, to mum from your daughter, no card which she had asked for, what if I had lost my mother!!! Talking to my daughter she asked what I thought of the flowers and how much I thought they would have cost, £25 I said I was shocked to find out they cost more but she did not say how much, but that it had cost £3.50 delivery charge, we can walk to the shop in 5 minutes. Well I'm sorry but it's bye bye stems from this family.

An excellent, very professional service. We were delighted with the flowers you arranged for my daughter and son in law's wedding. The colours were perfect.They were so beautiful and have lasted very well. Highly recommended.

I purchased them online for my wife prior to Valentine’s Day and the process was very smooth.

The option to collect them the day before was very useful too, meaning that I could keep them out of sight until the day.

The roses were clearly of a high quality and presented perfectly.

Best of all, my wife absolutely loved them and we will definitely be buying more flowers from your shop in future.

I highly recommend Stems of Southwater and would also suggest people pay the shop a visit to see what else they have on offer there. With lots of fancy products to decorate the home, there appears to be something for everyone and not just flowers.

Beautiful wedding flowers! Stems provided us with wonderful Autumnal flowers for our October wedding. Great communication by and from the Stems team throughout, and the quality of the flowers was amazing. We were not very specific on the flowers we wanted, and we were provided with an absolutely perfect array of flowers. We would 100% recommend Stems for wedding flowers!

Just picked up some flowers for Christmas Day. The staff were very rude and arrogant! It’s the second time I’ve used them and I thought maybe the bad attitude the first time was a one off thing. Apparently not as the service was poor again today.

And to top it all off - the flowers have a very very strong smell of cabbage/Brussels sprouts and definitely lack a wow that you expect from a florist!

The flowers are practically dead! Beyond disappointed

Amazing. Phoned at lunch time, spoke to a very helpful person who helped me order flowers to be delivered in the afternoon to my daughter. And I was not disappointed, they arrived couple of hours later. Thank you very much, As never used a florist in Southwater would use again and recommend to anyone. Thank You so much

A huge thankyou to Stems for the lovely Christmas mantlepiece garland so beautifully designed and made for us. It's of excellent quality and fits perfectly with the oranges and limes giving off a lovely scent evoking memories of our childhood Christmases.
