Dunstans Of Heavitree

I ordered flowers twice from Karen at Dunstans this week. I am living in Canada and took a gamble based on reviews and the Dunstans website. The flowers in both instances were delivered the next day and were beautifully arranged. It was a simple process with unexpectedly amazing results. I highly recommend them!

Sending huge tks to Karen for a wonderful job re fulfilling both of my orders (private home and funeral deliver) in Feb. I live in Ontario, Canada so a difficult time when out of the country. Karen, the hydrangeas were perfect...😇

Flowers not so bad (still need improvement) but plants are in desperate need of loving care. It's clear that the staff in this place do not know their plants and how to care for them.

For instance, they have Lipstick plants - a beautiful plant (have one myself) that have certain requirements. They need humidity for one, not to mention light! The ones in Dunstans are stuck crammed in to a dark corner looking so neglected, unhealthy and just plain sad. Their poor Boston Ferns are almost bald, and are as dry as a bone.

Please do yourselves a favour, if you love plants and flowers and want quality, go online to somewhere like Crocus, Patch Plants or Hortology - this is where I get all mine. Many are cheaper and you always receive such beautiful healthy plants. I go to Waitrose for flowers.

Excellent service. Ordered online to be delivered next day for partners mum's birthday she loved the display and pretty flowers.

Received a beautiful bouquet from Dunstans, the flowers were great and 5 days later the lilies have opened and the bouquet looks wonderful!

Always really friendly and willing to advise. Shop was still tidy even though they will be moving soon. Ordered a boxed bouquet to be ready to collect in an hour, the bouquet was ready for me to collect in under an hour and I was thrilled with the result.
