WARNING: TERRIBLE SERVICE - DO NOT USE!!...Totally ruined my surprise flowers from my husband for our 16th anniversary. Communication between themselves and customer very poor. Lack of empathy disgraceful. Appalling customer service. Not interested in resolving issues caused to ensure customer service delivered. Used Joe Austin for years, unfortunately not the same service, will not use again!! (Should be zero star rating).

Lovely plants, awful staff! I don't know if something is lost in translation but the customer service is terrible, as others have found - offhand, dismissive and frankly suspiciously short on horticultural knowledge. Oh and don't buy their metal plant pots - they rust and kill your plants!!

The worst service ever.
I came in eager to buy some house plants and I asked her which would be best for indoors.. I wanted to ask how I should take care of them, but she couldn't be bothered with me, she rushed me outside to give me a plant, shoved it in my hand and walked off. ConpletCom turned me off.. I just wanted some help finding the right plants. Won't ever go back here again.

I had flowers delivered from Joe Austin on Tuesday 13/10/20 they are absolutely beautiful and it is now Friday and they still look as if freshly delivered. This was a change for me to be receiving as normally I am the one sending. I have used this florist since the eighties and remain still loyal. My family have also used the florist which was what happened this week.
I have a Christmas tree in my garden that I bought one year and it is now so tall that last year I gave up on decorating it.

I was really impressed by this florist. They went above and beyond the service you would normally receive. I definitely recommend them and the flowers are really lovely, a good selection and very colourful and cheering.

Great customer service,fresh flowers always. Adriana knows created a beautiful bouquets with the budget that I had. Thanks Adriana also for your good advice.

Staff have always been friendly had very helpful flowers are amazing, so please keep up the good work I will always use this shop.

I am so disappointed! My son sent me flowers on Saturday 13th Feb for my birthday.
They were tired and damaged. i sent a picture to Joe Austin's to tell them without any response. On Monday 15th I sent another photo as the flowers are dying and look even worse .Still no reply.
I think florists get away with murder, they do not have to give good flowers as people do not usually complain as they don't want to appear ungrateful. My son paid good money for these and I think he should have a refund. Please see the flowers below today is the 17/2/2021.
