Totally amazing! I rung to ask for some flowers to be delivered to my sister. The team were so lovely, they made sure to ask if pets would be in the home (to make sure flowers were non toxic) and they paid so much attention to detail. My sister was so surprised and the flowers looked amazing! All delivered within 2 hours of my phone call - very impressive. Thank you!

Lovely shop. Popped in to buy some flowers and came away with some beautiful plants too. Rachel and her team were so friendly and gave me lots of great advice on how to care for my new plant babies. Even joined their loyalty scheme so I will be back for sure!

Ordered bouquet at 12 for same day delivery. The lady on the telephone was really helpful and said no problem. It was delivered by 3.30, my partner said the flowers in it are lovely with a variety of colours. I would definitely recommend the shop and use them again. Great customer service and value for money. Have to share how amazing the planted container looked that they delivered locally to my best friend. Phoned up sat am at 10:30 and she'd received it by 12:30, and it looked stunning . Can't recommend them enough!

Fleur contacted us and have today replaced the flowers with a beautiful bouquet and a little card apologising for any upset. I believe there was some element of misunderstanding between my husband and the 2 different ladies he spoke to prior to making his order over the phone. I am very impressed with the way Fleur have dealt with my disappointment, and have changed my rating accordingly.

Very disappointed with my flowers and the service. My husband ordered me a vase bouquet and balloon for my 60th birthday. He ordered and paid over the phone, nearly £50. The flowers arrived on time but no vase. He rang and they said they’d send a vase out, which they did, but it’s a very plain glass vase resembling a small bucket, and nothing like pictured on the website. The flowers themselves are dull and colourless, pretty much all foliage and a few white flowers, with a splash of yellow, certainly nothing like a special birthday bouquet, and not worth the cost. I looked online and pointed out that it says you can specify colours, but my husband says he was never asked, he just rang and asked for a florist choice in a vase. One flower was already turning brown on delivery, now after 2 days another flower is dead and drooping. It’s the first time in years that my husband has ordered from a florist, as he works in a supermarket and usually buys me flowers there, but he wanted something really special. He’s now very upset, and we’re both bitterly disappointed. Will stick to supermarkets in future, as you get flowers which are much nicer and last longer.
