Thank you Lily's. Lily's handled the flowers for my dad's funeral, from start to finish everything was handled with such care and nothing was to much of a bother. The service we got from Lily's was outstanding and the flowered were exactly what we were looking for. I wouldn't use any other florist now, wether it's for a big occasion or a simple bouquet I can't recommend Lily's highly enough! Thank you again! X

I just can't recommend Lilys enough!! My husband ordered me a beautiful bunch of roses for
valentines which had 2 rainbow roses in amongst them to represent my 2children! I had never seen these before so unique and beautiful!! We wouldn't have used anyone else for our wedding our flowers were just perfect ! Amazing shop amazing customer service!! Xx

My first time using Lily's and I am very Impressed. Wanted to send my sister some flowers as a thank you, ordered on Saturday morning and delivered within 2 hours. Sis was delighted, absolutely beautiful flowers. Highly recommended.

I live in Toronto and recently ordered flowers to be sent to a dear friend in Dumbarton who had undergone surgery. Pauline in the store was so helpful and assured me that a lovely bouquet would be sent, which indeed was the case as my friend sent me a picture of it. i would not hesitate to use Lilys again. Thank you so much. I ordered online. We wanted to send flowers to someone we haven't even met! (A sister of a work colleague has been very kindly knitting for my new Granddaughter). I would not recommend this Florist for a floral display for on the coffin. She had no shame for what was sent for a family members final farewell. If it had not been for the undertakers informing us of what was sent. It also caused a lot of distress to the whole family. We also paid £140 for what was a cheap bunch of flowers mainly of daisies, 9 yellow roses and the rest was made up of greenery.

I'm sorry to say I was very disappointed with the flowers we recently sent someone. Had read reviews and thought we had found the right place, but unfortunately not. We had paid £40 + £7 delivery. Ordered on Saturday delivered yesterday ( Wednesday) again think this is a long time for delivery. Did phone and spock to the owner, but she would only refund if she seen the flowers that had been delivered. Sorry to say will never use them again!!
