Flowers, I do !

Lucy at Flowers I Do recently did the flowers for our wedding at Insole Court and Thomas. From the moment I contacted her via email she was communicative, approachable and easy to talk to. She understood exactly what we wanted and every time I wanted to tweak or change things she did so quickly and without any fuss. She sent me vases she’d found online to help me choose, listened properly to all of my requests and then threw in an extra little treat for my wife’s hair for free which was a lovely touch. On the day of our wedding she not only came to three different venues to hand flowers over and set rooms up, she also offered on the day without bothering either of us at all, to return to the first venue and take things across to the second rather than my maid of honour doing this. It is touches like this that make you realise you definitely picked the right people to take care of your wedding day. My wife and I cannot recommend Lucy highly enough. She’s an absolute dream to work with but also a visionary without the edge, she’s kind and humble and quietly works to ensure everything she does is exactly right. Thank you Lucy, from the bottom of our hearts.

What an amazing florist Lucy is!! She's managed to create the perfect flower arrangements for our celestial wedding, despite a very brief list of requests. We've trusted Lucy completely from the first glimpse at photos of her work and few email exchanges. I had no doubt the result will be amazing and wow how true that was! Thank you for your talent, attention to detail, artistry care and hard work! Cannot recommend more!

My husband & I got married at Cardiff Castle, and her flowers couldn’t have turned out more well suited for us & our special day - truly elegant and unique! I received so many flattering comments from our guests on her work. I am having my bridal bouquet flowers preserved due to them being so extraordinary! Lucy gets all the stars I can give! I am so grateful for her dedication, professionalism & outstanding work she did to create such a gorgeous setting for my wedding day!

I can't recommend Lucy & co enough! The thought, precision and creativity they put into our wedding flowers were beyond our expectations. For instance, I had told Lucy early in the process that chrysanthemums were really special to my family as they were my Grandad's favourite flower, and she ensured that these played a key part in the overall design - which she amazingly kept secret until the day itself! It was just wonderful. Despite many delays due to the pandemic, Lucy was flexible and professional throughout and ensured our needs were met. I am so pleased with the flowers from Flowers, I Do! From the very start, Lucy was friendly and passionate and made me excited about my wedding flowers. We were completely on the same page, and she offered ideas and send me lots of mood board ideas. I ended up getting bouquets, buttonholes, flower pillars and centrepiece wreaths! I trusted her completely to make my vision a reality, and she did that and more. She was professional and made the wedding day very easy and relaxed. They were absolutely stunning, and I can't recommend the team enough! I've sent my bouquet off to be preserved now and can't wait to get them back :)

I had the most beautiful and dreamy bouquets from Flowers, I do for my wedding. All of the flowers were so perfect! I still can't believe how magical I felt on my wedding day! I had all the groomsmen buttonholes, corsages, bride and bridesmaid bouquet from them! Everything was just on point from communication, customer service, delivery and execution ! I attended a Christmas wreath making workshop at the end of November run by Lucy. The venue was perfect - accessible, spacious, bright and welcoming.
Lucy is so knowledgeable and talented and couldn't have been more helpful, even with a left-hander like me! The equipment and materials provided were top notch and I left with a beautiful wreath that lasted well beyond Christmas. Thank you, Lucy. I look forward to doing it again. And thank you for the mince pies too!

A wonderful Christmas workshop! It really got me into the festive spirit. Lucy was helpful and had lots of time for everyone especially those who hadn’t been to one before and perhaps needed a bit of extra help….. me!

Lucy’s husband Trevor was on hand with coffee and mince pies which added to the Christmassy spirit. My wreath still looks great nearly 4 weeks on. I hope to attend another of Lucy’s workshops in 2023.
