Fantastic service. Rang from Worcestershire to have flowers delivered to friend in Pwllheli. Simple to arrange with very helpful owner. Arrived on right day and the flowers were beautiful and fresh. Recipient was delighted. Thank you

Ordered some flowers by phone as we live in Yorkshire to be delivered this week. They arrived and were beautiful. Exactly what we asked for. Thank you. Will definitely use you again.

Very disappointed 😞. I ordered flowers for my sisters 60th birthday from myself and the family, as we all live in England, I found The Flower Centre on line, as it was the closest florist near to where my sister lives. The flowers where NOTHING like the arrangement we had chosen and we where so disappointed. Also we had ordered the large arrangement and when we had seen the flowers delivered sent from my sister via a photo text message , it looked like a bunch of flowers you could buy from Tesco's for a tenner. Certainly not worth the £54.50 we had spent for this special occasion. When my Mum phoned the flower centre explaining how unhappy we were, the lady said sorry, but only offered to send another bunch out, but wanted the original one back. No impressed. 👎

Really bad. I paid £82 (£75 plus £7 delivery) on Valentine’s Day for THIS. Going to get my money back via credit card company or interflora. Excuses given was a) they needed to make a living b) cost of flowers has gone up and c) “interflora don’t give us what you pay, so we only make them up to the value of what interflora pay us - see photo of what I ordered vs photo of what was delivered. Really? £82 !!!!! For 12 flowers!!!!! Do not use interflora in Pwllheli as they use this florist.
