Shame it could not be zero because it was zero service. They had full details of recipient but could not fulfil the service I was offered. As a live plant was concerned that the disaster with delivery would be a wilted and very demised specimen. Wouldn’t mind but they said we will contact the courier on your behalf…no your responsibility, just because they leave your YARD you pat yourselves on the back. Please don’t respond with there was no one at home as you know that’s not true! One very disappointed and very old mother left with no plant….
