Required an elf that comes in a well presented balloon very short notice, new to the elf on the shelf world I had seen on fb that a friend had recently purchased from you. Not only did they say they could make me one up, I collected it the same day I asked. I asked late in the day when I should of made the order by 10am. I had one very happy step daughter when she received her elf. Absolute pleasure to use again.
