Frimley Branch only taking cash for the last three months - NO CARD Excepted and they didn't even know the number for their head office when asked = H.M.R.C. might want to know about this and you just lost me as a customer - been a customer for cost on 15 years

Awful. Order was wrong and called straight away. Was told owner would call me back. Been 2 weeks and I've called them 4 times. Each time promised a call back. Nothing.
