I can't say everyone, but few people working there definitely should learn some manners. System is ancient, like 20 years ago. Basement doesn't have good connection so no internet on the phone. Information is not clear. The best part we were offered to go home to fill up the application form, as my phone doesn't support Arabic language and, as I said, no connection inside to do anything. When I said that it took us to drive 4 hours to get here, person in reception even didn't care. We appreciate helpfulness of other staff member.
That place represents Iraq country, well in this case represents it badly. I'm not from Iraq and I prise the Lord for that, at the same time I feel sorry for all Iraqi who must deal with this sh... every day.

The website is always down. Difficult to book any appointment. They do not answer the telephone and put down the phone when answer. If you attend your appointment, there is no Queues, whoever knows someone can jump the queue!!! What a shame!!! Please try and improve your service, we are in the 21st Century.

Very very slow and bad service. You book an appointment to renew a passport which takes less than 1 hour but you end up wasting 5 hours hanging around these building and sitting inside the car. Staffs look smart but looks like they have no experience in their job and cannot organise people same as they do in Iraq including Kurdistan. They should have a well trained including Receptionist. They should be able to communicate in Arabic, Kurdish and English but again they're corrupted and they speak to you in Arabic only. I hope they improve themselves and their experiences to a better way that we could be proud of them and recommend them to other people who need them. Please please don't treat people the same way in Iraq as we already suffered enough in Iraq and we live in a country like UK who's gaining experience to a better way day by day rather than going backwards. I will review this comment if I heard good recommendations from friends or families.

I spoke with a gentleman on the phone with a simple query as to how to book an appointment to arrange a travel visa. He was extremely rude I was taken aback! I hope this is not an indicator of their customer service as it was pretty shocking

The staff in this consulate are not cooperated and as usual they make it complicated. When I spoke to the receptionist, he was talking in arrogance way and wasn't trying to solve the issues. I hope never have something to go to that consulate.
