All I can say is WOW! I had my first bridal appointment today with Lisa and it was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so welcome and comfortable as I was a little nervous for my first appointment. All the dresses she picked were so beautiful and she helped me find my favourite dress! I can’t thank mousetrap enough. Thank you so much X

Mousetrap never fail to deliver on service. Great new idea of having your own rail to take around the shop (wasn't available 4 years ago when we came and bought a dress for my older daughter) and pick some dresses to try on. Although it is a long process, we never felt rushed by the consultant. She was extremely helpful and, because her knowledge of the dresses available, she actually picked out the dress that we subsequently bought. Great company, great staff and I would highly recommend this boutique.

We bought my daughter's prom dress from Mousetrap for July 2022. There were some issues with the providers of the dress and it seemed that it may not make delivery in time. The girls at the shop were amazing - the communication was fantastic and there was no way they were going to leave my daughter without a dress. The owner went out of her way to get a new fitting time to suit us where we found a back up dress. Thankfully the dress arrived on the last day possible before we would have had to swap to a different dress and get some alterations made. They could not have done anymore to help in the situation. We will be back in two and a bit years time for the next daughter!

as soon as we walked into the shop.
I would like to say a big Thank you to Precious, my daughter is quite shy and does not like being centre of attention but Precious put her at ease straight away and gave her a great experience.

Took my daughter to the boutique prom dress shopping. The girls were really kind and helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble and helped my daughter pick the perfect dress. They also make sure no one else from the same school has the same dress which is brilliant. Would definitely recommend

Visited Mousetrap dress boutique to purchase my daughters prom dress from entering the shop to leaving, we cannot fault the service received. Ellie our associate was fantastic and found the perfect dress! I love the use of the rails as well! Can't recommend enough! Fantastic experience and one happy daughter! Thank you

1st time wedding dress shopping with my daughter and her mum in law to be. We were treated like super stars. Rosie looked after us and listened to everything my daughter said about her dress wishes. Rosie helped my daughter try on several dresses and then she said I know the perfect one. It was beautiful and we all loved it. Rosie was amazing and made our day even more special ❤️

I had an amazing bridal session with Rosie and she was amazing! She explained everything, was super helpful and so knowledgeable. She asked how I felt the whole way through, and then based on what I liked / didn’t like, brought other dresses to try. An amazing experience, couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
