Wonderful service from the staff as soon as we arrived. They were brilliant helping my daughter to try on dresses and choose the perfect one for her prom. She fell in love with the red one as soon as she tried it on. I chose this shop as they had an amazing range for plus size girls and she wasn't limited for choice. Everyone made her feel special. The dress was absolutely stunning and I have received so many compliments on it. If you're looking for something special and staff that will take the time to make sure you find it then I would highly recommend To the Nines.

We do not live near the shop but my daughter fell in love with this dress and knew this was the one when she saw it online. The lady I spoke to on the phone very kindly arranged to have the dress shipped to us and made all the arrangements. The customer service was exceptional and the dress was even better than the pics. Absolutely stunning dress. Thank you To The Nines for making my daughter feel like a Princess at her Prom and making her day so special.

Prom 2022 - I’m so happy with my experience. I saw this dress shop on TikTok and fell in love with the dresses so much that I travelled from Lichfield to try some on. I definitely wasn’t disappointed!! Such a huge selection on beautiful colours and all the members of staff were lovely. I’m pretty sure the lovely member of staff that helped me was Georgia, but they were all so friendly. I’m very happy with my dress and the customer service I received!!

Had a very good time trying on the dresses and the dress I choose made my feel comfortable in my own body. It was also one of a kind so nobody else at my prom has the same style and colour as me.

I found the perfect prom dress for me, at to the nines, after weeks of searching. The staff were outstandingly pleasant and even helped me into the dresses I tried on. This came as a lovely surprise to me as previous shops I had visited were not so professional which made my whole shopping experience so much more relaxed and less hectic. My prom dress is absolutely gorgeous and I am in love with it, I was told by a few teachers that it was "iconic". The dress itself is amazing quality it is comfortable, stylish and just gorgeous in general. All the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, I would 100% recommend. 🖤🖤
