An absolutely beautiful place, a real hidden gem. The lakes are so clean and peaceful. Spectacular views. Honestly the number one place I've been to since I started hiking around the UK.

Absolutely stunning location. We stopped for lunch and a walk at this very photogenic National trust site.
There is a car park at the top and a single unisex toilet available. The route up by car is very narrow tracks which at times can be quite busy.
You can easily spend a few hours hear taking in the landscapes and walking.

We were told about this little gem and after a lovely scenic drive arrived and had a lovely afternoon walking with some stunning Welsh views. Decent car park and clean toilets on site which is a real bonus

Amazing location, access roads are a bit tight! There's a few way marked paths, but plenty of footpaths heading over the various local hills. The views are stunning.

Absolutely love the road going to it in both directions. People say you can't get up there in a long wheelbase vehicle. Well I approved them wrong that inside wheels span up that hill. It was that good and that hairy. I didn't care where the other direction was taking me. I was going that way. No way was I going down what I just come up in my camper van

We stopped here for lunch whilst holidaying in the area. Small car park with toilets and information but it's the view across the lake which sets it apart.

An absolutely amazing place surrounded by blissful mountains, No internet 😳 LOL No over night parking 🙄 Definitely not recommended in larger vehicles, motor homes etc as the route up there is very very steep and some unbelievable climbing bends. There is another way in, via Dolgellau way but still very narrow, but without all the bends. One of the most peaceful places we have come across.
