Sam's Chicken, Borehamwood

Very unhappy with the service. Everytime they charge extra for the peri peri powder on the chips and the wings are too battered, dry and not fresh as other outlets. Sorry to say.. The wings they give is always the small wings( no the proper wings) always!!
, that usually are not served by the Ministry of Chicken. Not going to recommend it to anyone. Rather recommend North finchley outlet.. Best service and the chicken!! 😡😤😓

Tasty food most of the time. Order notes always followed, different, better, desserts compared to other chicken restaurants. Online orders can be quite expensive, though.

The female member of staff that claims to be the manager was absolutely disgusting to me today. I was served a cold chicken burger AND I politely asked if I could get another... I couldn't believe how I was treated. Not only was I verbally attacked by her and told NO, She picked up the fryer basket, walked towards me and threatened to hit me with it! I have never been treated so disgustingly. It's a shame that franchises like these are allowed to go on. I called head office to let them know what had happened and was told that the franchise manager would call me back. No one has called. I almost called the police but I was actually too distressed by the ordeal.
I will never EVER step foot inside that branch again. Someone like that shouldn't even be allowed to continue working there. I've read so many disappointing reviews about the customer service but this was probably the worst experience ever.
This review is just skimming over the abuse I received and I've tried to get on with the rest of my day but felt compelled to write a review to let others know about this horrendous place. Its not the first time I've eaten in there and the food is usually OK but the staff overall are rude, however today was the penultimate for me.
I will never eat in a Sams chicken again and I suggest anyone considering eating there to think again.

Absolutely disgusting service from the staff, woman do not want to add sauce on the chips and wanted to charge extra for that. Food was awful, overcooked and dry. Never order from these lot!

Loved the club max box deal. Highly recommend it’s a bargain !
