If I could give it less than a 1 star I would. Don’t accept orders if you have no intention of fulfilling them. If you sign up for apps that allow this to happen then you need to speak with them

Popped in today for a quick munch, wasn't too impressed the last time i came a few years ago so i thought give them another chance. Was reluctantly attended to by a woman, no smiles no hellos! Snatched the cash out of my hand and passed the food to me with no emotions not even a "good night" WOW such good customer service!

Whenever you enter the restaurant, make sure you are served by the two gentlemen there. They have more patience and listen, not like the South African woman who gives you prices and offers that you do not want when you want something separately. Very rude woman. Walkout if you see her there.

Went there today And the staff were very rude from the jump. I thought I have my baby with me and getting through the door was a struggle so I thought no turning back. I ordered a box meal and the fillet burger was tough and rubbery, so I got up and showed the worker and he didn’t even flinch. Please people don’t waste a penny in this pathetic excuse for a chicken shop.

i ate here and got the maddest diarrhoea/food poisoning for 3 days afterwards. Avoid at all costs, this place is dangerous and should be shut down.

service is a bit slow but food is tasty.

They always takes forever when you order online uber eats, busy times or not weekends or not it doesn't make any difference for them. Always taking long to prepare your food. It says 20 minutes on the app as it’s on the corner but I always get my food in at least 1 hour from ordering.
