Ordered 2 whole chicken peri-peri and threw 1 & a half. peri-peri sauce taste bad & feels like powder. Unhealthy for the kids. Delivery time was 1 hour, been advised over the phone that will take 25min. waste of money.

The worst Parmesan I have ever had.... burnt, small, nothing like what is typically served in the north east.... well overpriced for what it is both of ours went in the bin I had to drive out to a chippy!! Not what I wanted after a 9min wait!!! Food was cold too..... literally had nothing right with it.. won't make the same mistake again

Absolutely awful been here twice first time we waited a hour a put it down to being busy as I wasn't there in the shop when we ordered today you Made my daughter wait a hour again for her to message me and say the shop was empty... I sugggest some business skills if you can't cope with one customer I'm glad I demanded my money back for you just to say sorry.. shocking customer service to just keep telling my daughter to wait and overcharged her aswell £7 for nuggets and chips? None of your menus state that price at all

food was so late& wrong orders! Also the food wasn't edible!!! Asked for refund for £30 worth of food and they said to check account in 5 days time.. 3 months later still no refund! Not responding to any emails etc.. Just eat can't help as its gone over 30 days! Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!!

Ordered a burger in the shop took very long over 20 mins as other people ordered burgers after me and for some reason got mine last the burger when I started to eat it had some oil or juice dripping from it after I looked at the juice it had gone rock hard not knowing what it was dripping from the burger the service was very poor and wasn’t happy with my food at all
