Texas Chicken Ltd

Sent me half a spicy chicken fillet and a chicken strip in my burger and said that how they always come and wouldn't come replace it said they had nothing left at 21:15 customer service is shocking

Having ordered from here a few times, the food was great.
So we ordered our usual and was massively disappointed when it arrived.
The chips were normally nice and crispy.
The chips that arrived were soggy, oily and stale, like they've been sat under a heat lamp.

After phoning and complaining, they sent "fresh" chips.... Which were again... Soggy and stale like. So sent the driver back with the chips.

Won't be using them again unfortunately.

Burger running in grease chips were soggy and cold onion rings were soggy and stuck to bag and we had to wait over an hour for this mess called to complain and wished I had not even bothered

Far to dear for what you get you can get a good meal at any peri peri cheaper

Ordered my food only to find one off the gravy pots was missing again and Ordered a beef kofta kebab and got cut up burgers instead.

I ordered couple times and always something wrong and after delivery still got time to answer the phone no answer I buy last time ther because 3time miss something and never give back nothing after misstake I spend more the 20f for food for I never get

VILE place, DO NOT ORDER! I've just thrown my order in the bin!! Brown lettuce and slime tomatoes on the burger and chips so greasy they are wet and soggy and so is the box!!! Waited almost an hour too! What a complete waste of money!!

1 star for the guy taking my order, 1 star for the delivery guy. Otherwise there wouldn't be any rating. Their receipt clearly showed 9 items and we got 1 less. The staff should spent less time chatting away and more time concentrating on getting all the order ready for delivery.
