never has an issue with this place before but yesterday but we went to collect our food - my mum got confused which shop collection was from as it was peri peri next door but the server behind the counter was quite rude in his tone of voice and said no were done we only do the school meals from 12-1pm. When i came in was talking to another customer about his wife being pregnant and he wont leave this place till her waters break- nice guy. I have been going to this establishment for years but must say am not going back. i did call yesterday and spoke to the managers son who apologised but i told him that this very same chap has been there before and a few months back he asked me why i came in for a take away due to covid? seriously.

Have previously reviewed this place and gave it 3 stars but after my order tonight I have re edited my review to 1 star. Very disappointing. .. the food that arrived was not what was ordered so had to wait again for new food to be delivered. ... it was cold when it arrived the first time it was cold when it arrived the second time.... it was one of the worst take aways I've ever had may aswell have chucked £30 down the drain.... and I have terrible indigestion to boot.

It’s not first time they sent cold pizza with no toppings. Just cheese and few onion. Worst pizza ever. If you tell them they will say sorry but will repeat same mistake

Absolutely disgraceful. The guy's attitude is awful. Constantly has to ask customers who has ordered what. Why not have a number system? Shockingly bad service.

I just ordered a meal from this place and one of the guys throw the fork at me on the counter like I was a dog I was unsure of what drink I needed and he shouted at me like hurry up he is busy. Really poor customer service would never shop there again. The guy at the reception was pleasant tbh but the pig was at the back who did treated me poorly.

My son went in and ordered himself a cheeseburger, you wouldn’t expect it to be the most difficult or time consuming thing on the menu to make. When over 20+ mins pass and I go in to find out why it’s taking so long the staff unapologetically tell me to wait 2/3 mins as it hasn’t been made yet. £2.45 and a 25 mins wait and no cheeseburger in sight. Out of frustration I take my son and leave telling them not to bother making it. Unacceptable.

The reason for a takeaway is to not cook and that food arrives hot and ready to eat. This was not the case with my last order the food was cold and not fit for purpose. Soggy wet bag and boxes. I used to use this restaurant alot but will not order again. I'm disgusted with the managers response when the worker I spoke to said he would send me a whole new order the manager said no. Even after the worker told him I'd leave a bad review he just said let her.
