Dixy Grill and Pizza

As you can see I have ordered Masala Fries, Large, what do they serve me with Peri Peri Salt and they responded back saying that's masala fries apparently. It's not about how much it cost, it's the principle. Never again!

Good value for money compared to others around the area.

I usually go for the 40 Wings and 8 Fries Bucket,, which are always good. The wings have always been good, with a crunchy and mildly spicy batter.

The chicken burgers are big and the chicken piece is good too.
They serve julienne fries which are decent.

I have only ordered from them 3 times, and they have always been good.

I will order from them again

The grilled chicken WAS NOT COOKED. I have been eating it with my wife and child and halfway through we saw this. I’m reporting your team to the council

Well first of all I will never be ordering from this place again.

Cannot believe they allowed food of the quality I received out for delivery. In no world should I have to RE-FRY my food just so it’s at a good enough standard to eat.

Chicken was coated halfheartedly and the breading... they might as well have coated it in soggy bread THERE WOULDNT BE A DIFFERENCE.

Dixy is a great franchise of Chicken shops but, this specific shop wouldn’t be able to make toast without failing.

Failed to meet delivery time, poor poor quality of food and couldn’t even follow a simple instruction of placing things in separate bags.

As I said at the start, I won’t be ordering from here again, they are now on my blacklisted restaurants. If you order from here prepare to wait and be disappointed.

The worst place, honestly I hope this is a lesson learnt from my behalf...so YOU do not make the same mistake. The food arrived 1hr 34mins late, cold and soggy chicken and chips. They avoid picking your call when the delivery is not made, if they pick up there is always a 'not our fault' excuse. Pathetic! Never again, I'd rather eat soil.

I ate some of my burger and binned the rest, all the chicken and wings. It tasted like 2days old and microwaved. The quality is appalling and staff were so rude on the phone.
I dont recommend you eat this food. Not very hygienic.

Best chicken place I have been on Caledonian. Great friendly service and unbeatable value for money. The only reason why people give it one star is because they confuse it with Michelin star.

The food sold by this place is out of date, is so bad, you better not try it. And the guy behind the counter, saying disrespectful is not saying enough. Prices so low but so quality is.
