Placed order via uber eats(chicken cottage, hayes) at 5:45pm. Order did not arrive until 7:45pm. Very poor

Food was good but they take a ridiculous amount of time to deliver.

The time shown was 35 minutes and food arrived 1hour 15 minutes later!

You are much better off picking up or going elsewhere.

They also have problems giving the right things when you order!

Not a good experience.

Grilled chicken burger and wrap had burnt chicken, over cooked. Peri peri chips had too much seasonings. Disappointed in the food quality. Burger was so small. Wasted £13. Could have got better food from McDonald's or KFC.

I swear this is the best fried chicken I have had in years, the owner donated my bill to the Afganistan fund, absolute gentleman and the food was out of this world. If you live in the area then please for the next 4 weeks just buy food from here to help our brothers and sisters on need.. jazaakhallah khair

Ordered through JustEat, and all of my food was delivered cold. I called the shop immediately, saying that "drivers pick up the food without thermal bags" and offered to cook me FRESH food. I took all the food back, explained who I was and what I was bringing the food back for and then in front of my face prepared "fresh" food that was just as cold as what was delivered. Absolutely disgusting service. Shop is more than happy to serve lukewarm meat products to then blame delivery drivers for their own shortcomings. The person who I'm assuming was in charge for the day stated that refunds are only handled through JustEat, and did not wish to grant me an in person refund. I then stated I wanted a short note signed by him stating that the restaurant verbally accepted liability for delivering my order cold. Even after verbally confirming the restaurant accepts liability, he was not willing to provide any written proof of this. All he was concerned with was ending the conversation instead of providing any form of customer service. Absolutely disgusting service, cold and disgusting food. I've also put in a formal complaint through JustEat regarding the overall service and food hygiene safety.

Been here twice previously had an amazing experience, staff and the management are very attentive and patient especially since I'm sometimes indecisive, great atmosphere and seating to eat in available, very bubbly and up for a laugh, but also know they are working and remain professional throughout,

Food is also fantastic especially chips with peri peri salt, and the filet burgers are cooked perfectly, not dry or chewy

Ordered from here a few times but the food just isn't fresh nor is it cheap. I'd recommend Mazaa or Roosters Spot. Both of those take aways have better consistent food quality.
