Southern Fried Chicken

Stayed in Burnham on sea for the week and used this takeaway most nights. Great variety, chip shop style chips, really tasty, can't fault it.

By far the worst 'chicken shop' I've ever visited. They don't bother to cook the chips, just open the frozen bag and put them straight into the box. Was supposed to have had sauce and salad on my burger but all I received was a stale McDonalds burger soaked in water.

saw menu on internet, but had not been there for years.
Placed order, told price was years out of date!
Accepted the mistake and paid 80% more than the price I had seen! My fault!!!
Had mixed kebab which was a bad decision. Chicken ok, beef burnt offering and doner meat resembled potato peelings in a 'crisp' pita bread.
Extra £1 for an extra (spoonful) of sauce!
Next time I will use delivery as cheaper and probably better cooked.

After a few light ales came across this fantastic takeaway on the way home. Ordered the empire fillet chicken burger with chips and the very friendly chap behind the counter threw some of his homemade wedges in free of charge and wow that’s all I can say! Fantastic service, great food and would definitely order again!

I can honestly say that this is one of the best kebabs I have had in a long time. The mixed kebab's had loads for two chicken which was really good also the burger was good.
Plus the added bonus of proper chips and not Fry's. Will be back again to try the pizza.

Been here several times now.
The food is always consistent, tasty, hot, well presented.
Will be remaining a customer.
Advised anyone to go and give this establishment a try.

If you are in dire need of chicken look no further, their juicy and well seasoned chicken is a class above the whole of Burnham and highbridge, always hot and consistent with delivering quality taste to their food 5/5 easy, I never consider any other option for my takeaways

Not sure what oil is used to cook the chips in but the smell and the taste made me wretch and the coating on the chicken was so greasy it wasn't attached to the meat.
