Southern Fried Chicken, Pizza & Curries

Placed an order today for a chicken fillet burger meal and two empire burgers. In the comments stated that want no cheese in the chicken burger meal. After receiving the food discovered that there was no cheese in any of the meals and that the salad is old and brown as seen in the pics. Friend called up, whoever we have spoken to was extremely rude and was arguing with us. Read back the comments section which said "no cheese in chicken fillet burger" and yet was still arguing and not letting us speak. Eventually understood that they have no read it correctly. Said that they would give us something next time (have been told that in the past and when call up they act as if they don't remember saying that) asked them to deliver the cheese and they tried to get out of delivering it by saying it is busy. We have requested that they deliver the cheese which is missing from our order. They informed that it will be 45mins. Currently waiting for the cheese. Will not be ordering again.

after making a huge scene delivering the first time - unable to even find the only pub in the entire village, this time i called, paid and asked not for a scene, the dude laughed through the entire call, agreed, yet my payment was taken - and no food arrived... NOT HAPPY

Disgusted with my order.First of all they gave us warm drinks and cold food.The food had no taste.The chips were extremely dry. Their food was very expensive. This is the first and last time I will be ordering from them!

Good food, friendly staff.
They have only ever made the one mistake twice.
1) I requested a plain burger no cheese but it arrive with cheese. when I called them they sent the whole meal again and couldn’t apologise enough
2) same thing but it was so early/late they had no drivers left so when I called they said to call back the night after and they would sort it, I called back two nights later and they honoured what they said and sent me out the whole meal.
That service is better than the bigger restaurants. 👍

Food was absolutely disgusting I don’t usually do reviews but I felt disgusted after a few bites chips were like rubber along with the quarter burger barely any taste i felt sick after eating wouldn’t recommend

Delivery guy seemed nice tho

Service straight to the point done in record chicken shop time and food was good, atmosphere wasn't the best as the design of the place made you feel enclosed with mirrors all around. Also cheap but enough to completely fill you up.

Best chicken burgers and fries in Dunstable

Very disappointed, the pizza was dry and tastless, the plain burger we asked for had tomato, salad and sauce so was inedible for my daughter. Cheesy garlic bread had all the cheese stuck to the packaging so was just bread.
