Myself & my family USED to enjoy the food here. Not anymore it’s extremely gone down hill. Strips are dry. The wings are dry and taste of nothing along with the chips and the wrap was soggy and tasteless. Disappointing. I also ordered a lucozade and it didn’t come when I asked for it to be sent they said can’t you just have it the next time you order.. urm no?

I only visited here as I was looking for a quick bite lunch time as I was driving back from North Finchley. I have got to say they are really well priced. The chips are ok but little dry, the chicken fillet was not greasy surprisingly, but again it was little dry. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you have other chicken shops to choose from. But it seems This is the only Chicken shop round this area, so I guess its ok to eat if you have to. Overall its ok. Inside of shop isn’t up to scratch either, could do with little attention.

I'm kind of surprised about all the negative reviews. Yeah, the inside of the place is a bit of a dump that's true, but I've ordered take away a few times, pretty much always the Tower Burger and Piri Piri chips and it's always been decent. The chips could be a bit crispier but I can't complain about the taste. It is what it is, guilty pleasure occasionally. I've always ordered on the website to save 15%, but paid in cash in the shop. Food ready to collect within 10 minutes.

This place was decent a while back. But now it's absolutely awful. Tasteless burnt food. Chicken burger has no flavour, is over cooked and dry from being left under the heat lamp all day. Chips are stale and also burnt. Wings are also burnt to a crisp. They have a decent flavour but the texture dry.
I went at the busiest time of the day, when its packed with school kids. And all the good tasted as if it was cooked hours ago. Been here a few times over the past year or so and it's the same every time. Staff dont seem to care either, it's pretty crazy that kids are eating this. It's cheap food, but honestly not worth it. Strongly dont recommend

Tasteless dry burger with a pinch of lettuce in it got to be the worst ckn burger I've had. Chips is another sad story the price they charge for soggy tasteless burnt chips that have been heated over and over. I have stomach pains as I'm writing this review..If you after food poisoning this is your door way to hell.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered through just eat, food was not only more than half an hour late, it was marked as delivered even though it hadn't been. Once food finally arrived it had absolutely no flavor or seasoning, was cold and fries soggy, etc. Even for such cheap prices you would expect more especially considering how late the food was and the restaurant refuses to give money back despite being so late. Will never order from here again.

DONT order the chicken for kids if they can't eat spice. I ordered chicken burgers and chicken strips for kids off the website it didn't say it was spicy but it came so dam spicy its unreal. NOT HAPPY they don't even have a phone number to call them and it came late

Horrible , the chicken had a very bad smell, and to cover the taste they put a lot of salt. The first and last time I order from this location. I do not recommend, and very unhygienic.
