Frango Peri Peri

I was exceptionally disappointed by both the quality of food and quality of service I received from your establishment. After waiting far longer than was agreed upon, we were greeted by sub-standard wares consisting of odd-tasting food of an unacceptable temperature. The chips and chicken both tasted suspiciously as if they had been fried in some kind of fish-based oil, which was repulsive and contrary to several peoples diets. Upon visiting your store I was aghast to note how physically filthy it was. I would like to reiterate my disappointment and should I ever order from you again, I expect far better service and infinitely better food.

Delivery is late by 30minutes. No call to let me know, no apology. All I ordered was 2 chicken burgers. Terrible service overall. It seems this is normal for Frango's. The food is better at 'Periperi original', just down the road.

By far the worst peri peri i have ever ordered.
Chicken strips were cooked till they was dry.

Strips were smaller than anything ive ever seen.

Any other shop your looking at 200g of chicken i am not kidding this was 60g yes i weighed it dont care.

Chips were small aswel, basically paid full price for a third of a meal, never return or recommend dont waste your money. 😡

What a mistake. Just to mention they are very expensive for the money too. I suggest you give it a complete miss. There's no parking on a busy main road. If you do find parking further down from the place, good luck with the walk.

Worst customer service, always order the same thing but some reason the person working tonight never seen him before that’s working tonight wanted to over charge for food and dips.

Best take away shop. Recently I took wings and chips for my kids birthday party, stunned with the food taste. Thank you Franco Peri peri for the awesome chicken. Still I feel the taste of the chicken in my mouth 👍👍

Prices way too high for a meal that isn't worth £2 especially with the portion you get with it and the food was also cold and the chips are mushy. Used to love coming here but after that i will not be coming here again. I don't recommend this place at all

Bought 6 piri piri burger meal deals for the family. Every single one of them were cold. Worse food ever. Don’t buy from them. Never had such worse food.
