Kam’s Chicken and Pizza

Went with this place to find a new good Chicken Shop... WILL NOT BE RETURNING!

Most of the chicken items we're undercooked red-ish chicken...
All the chicken items (Strips, Strip Burger, Fillet Burger) batter was "soggy & grey" no colour to it no where near golden crispy brown like chicken should be...
Chips were "OK" they were very thin, not much taste, went cold fast after delivery...

Absolutely disgraceful, made an earlier order at around 4pm for a late evening dinner and I was waiting about half an hour for my food just to find my order was cancelled not only was there one item that was out of order but all of the different order I made.

Tastiest chicken strips in Watford in reasonable prices. Rice is also good! Decent pizza. My favourite place to have lunch break.

I been ordering food past one year every time I order price higher every week and the food quality getting poor and food taste disgusting and also hair in food when I complained the staff very rude and aggressive and staff said I don’t care. I would never order again. Please don’t go there. The staff that wears glasses is very rude,aggressive. I Would give 0 stars

Decent quality food - spicy chicken burger is bang on! Reasonably priced too!

Got some food for dinner & opened the box and there was a hair laying on top of the food. If you zoom in on the picture youll see.

Had to pop a frozen pizza in the oven as someones meal was now un eatable.

Decided to ring up a little while after my guests had left and the guy on the phone was VERY rude and tried to tell me how it was my own hair. (It was a short black hair & my hair is long and gingery brown).

The tone of voice he used and his responses really shocked me. Instead of atleast apologising he went on to say how they all wear hair nets ect. Very disgusted at the customer serice and would never go back. Would recommend you go elsewhere!
