Chickenland-Pizza & Kebab

I phoned chicken land a few weeks ago and made a complaint because the food turned up and was cold , late and like rubber . Now I made a order that cost me around £30+ so I would have liked food that was at least warm. So I phoned bk to complain about the food only to be met by a lady on the phone who did not care and was also really rude . I have spent £100s of pounds over the year's ordering from here . I rang up tonight to make a order only to find I have been black listed because I made a complaint. Again the lady on the telephone was rude and uncooperative. . I I'm very disappointed with the treatment and hope that anyone that reads this will plz think twice before ordering , as it is quite obvious they don't care what shape it food turns up in , as long as they get payed

hour and 15minuets waiting for food which was told 45 minuets fresh daily made chicken curry, just poppers in a powder sauce, think the chicken was in the car longer than it was in the field a pink and hard burger with all the cheese melted out the side and soggy bun cold food but warm cans! I won't be ordering again!
Not worth the one star!!

We ordered a meal on saturday night has a treat has we always do. Not used to ordering with chicken land we phoned the order through. The gentleman that took the order was great and efficient. Meal turned up 40 mins later shock for a saturday night was acceptable. But, only to find the pizza was wrong. My wife is a vegetarian and they sent a meat pizza that didn't look the most appetizing. We rang and couldn't get through. We eventually got through a hour later greeted by the man that took the order. Has you can imagine we explained the situation and was offered a pizza sent up but it would have been a hour and half after we received the order. So I asked to speak with the manager that was meant to call back. Which he never did. So no food for the wife and I so ended up making a toastie. Following day contacted the shop to be offered the replacement again with no compensation event. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. AWFUL SERVICE. WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN....

2* as the food lovely but service questionable. After ordering cheese burgers and wedges in the shop and confirming our order when paying and then double checking the wedges were in the bag (we've been fought like this before) I checked in the taxi and they were missing. I phoned and was told to go back to get them after telling the *lady* we were in the taxi she got aggresuve and told us that is we didnt go back we woukdnt av them. Well i can get aggressive to. I demanded delivery which we had within 1hr. Not ideal but somthing I suppose. There seems to be a common denominator in the reviews. REAL RUDE WOMAN

Chips were OK and got wings were lovley but our chicken that's in a combo 4 was still pink inside

Worst kebab shop in Merthyr either under cooked or over cooked. Expensive for horrible always late

Very tasty pizzas, I love their vegetarian hot and their website is easy and very convenient. It's my favourite take away place

Received my order and chicken was still pink, Rang up to tell them and the woman on phone was very rude and said I was looking for excuses and said they wouldn’t do anything about it!
