Southern Fried Chicken

So i order a rollo tropicana from here a lot. They are lush, however the main reason i like them is cause they have banana in them. Anyway, 9 times out of 10 nowadays they arn't even putting banana in and it is definately still one of the ingredients listed. I am tired of this being the case so i will just stop ordering them. Oh and last time it took an hour to come even though its a 10 min walk from my house.

Absolutely awful customer service! Ordered off the just eat app no Sauce small meat and chips it turned up with BBQ sauce absolutely livid when I rang no respect towards me what so ever attitude on the guy on the phone was awful never again will I order from here!

AWFUL SERVICE, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!

Order placed via Just-to-eat around 6:45pm, promised delivery around 8pm!!! Had to call the restaurant twice to get them to cook and deliver. The guy on the phone was a LIAR saying the delivery is 'just going' when half an hour later, it is not. Finally food arrived 2 hours after the order was placed. Nothing fancy, the order was only a kebab and a roll which was served COLD. So after 2 hours of waiting, I had to return it.

I’m a regular customer here as I loveeeee the meat chips and cheese! Last few times they have been forgetting to put the cheese on which I didn’t mind but tonight they forgot to give me my drinks. Rung them up and asked if they could bring it back as I have already paid by card and they refused! Said they weren’t coming back out?! Really I have already paid for these drinks??!! Actually cannot believe they have refused to give me something I have paid for!!! Their attitude was apaulling over the phone too!!! NEVER WILL I EVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN! They don’t care about their customers as long as they are robbing hard earned money off other people!!!! Scumbags.

Absolutely disgusting service off the man, would never recommend this place to anyone!! Chicken was burnt and so was my burger, my chips were raw! The man who has served me swore at me and called me disrespectful names, the way they “treat” their paying customers is appalling; how they are still in business I’ll never know. I can’t believe how horrific it was to be in this “shop!!!!!” ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING, TERRIBLE STAFF MEMBER WITH BAD ATTITUDE
