Dimond Chicken & Pizza

I just made a delivery they said 30mins didnt say anything else ok cool 30mins past still waiting took 50mins to come i then bit into my garlic cheese pizza and nahhhh it was bloodclart cold not hot so i called up and was explaining then got passed onto the most rude obnoxious most disgusting man ever he then told me yh so were really busy wat do u want me to do about it he was giving being absolutely herrendous 0% customer service shouting over me then hanged up midway through my explanation how rude

So pre ordered my food 3 hours before on justeat. I called when it was 20 minutes late they said it was on the way. After 50 minutes of waiting I called and they said they can't find the address. I live in town in pembroke in a house. I mean how hard can it possibly be to find an address when the postcode takes you right outside there(I have tried most takeaways around pembroke and never had a problem). They suggested that I should pick up the food... Ridiculous. Awful service would definitely not reccommend what a waste of time

Nothing in the town was open when we arrived at 930pm so we ate here. The service was fast and the food was cheap! The place was filthy and the salt and vinegar dispensers were in need of a good scrub with must be years of grime on them. The chips were ok the burgers were greasy and the chicken was grey!

Ordered £30 worth of food all arrived cold, and when I phoned to complain, I was told "what do you want me to do about it" 2nd time I've had cold food and awful response from staff when complaining. Will not be using again, rang again to ask for the food to be collected and a refund issued and I was told they were too busy! Put the phone down in the end! Disgusting customer service! If the food would of been hot it would of been lovely!

We have pizza from here every Friday night. We always pick it up. I ordered over the phone but had to wait 1/2 hr . While they sorted the deliveries first this was so annoying food is ok but very salty at times.

Their food is amazing. Can't go wrong with them

SCAMMERS!!! Spent 90 quid, they messed the order up, one of the things we didn't recieve was a boneless chicken meal, they was very rude on the phone but in the end agreed to send out the food.
2330 (2 hours after order) the rest arrives.
Instead of a boneless chicken meal, I get 2 ribs and some roast potatoes and 1 peice of chicken on the bone.(photo)
