Very good value shopping. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Brand names at good prices but their own products are very good especially frozen vegetables. Look out for vouchers. I saved £10 by signing up on their website.

What has happened to the lovely staff that have worked here for ages? New staff now who clearly lack training and have no customer service skills. I bought boxes of Solero lollies yesterday which had clearly been defrosted and re frozen. Lollies all miss shaped and flat. Took them to a female at the till this morning and explained and offered my receipt, well she never spoke a word to me just rung the bell for someone to come and sort it out . I know staff seem to be hard to come by these days but she is certainly not interested in customers. Was offered replacements or my money back by the man who answered the bell. I said I didn't want to risk buying anymore of the same stock. so he gave me my £10. A Waste of my time having to take them back and my petrol to get to the shop. Informed the man that the member of staff clearly needs training.I filled in a refund form and added my phone number but no doubt no one will ring me.

Great offers. We came here to buy their trays of cans of pop to take away on holiday.

Most vegetables are in the end of life especially with the fruit and "fresh" peppers... I understand that is cheaper than regular supermarket's but only for a few pennies,so don't bother... Next door you'll get fresh peppers for 15p more and for a 5 or 6 bag, fruit shoot for less 99p and frozen sweetcorn, olive oil, probably 50p cheaper. Not all the items are cheap just because they are frozen in a big name like farm foods or Iceland... They are competing nextdoor to each other and farm foods is losing costumers

Pile it high and sell it cheap kind of shop!..definitely some post Christmas bargains to be had…staff polite and store reasonably clean and well stocked - car park close to store was large with disabled parking spaces available. Full disability access throughout - £1 coin required for trolley..

Friendly staff and great prices. Choice is a bit limited compared to other supermarkets but with their prices I don't know how they make a profit.
