unusual don't expect a normal petrol station but perfect for buying my red diesel

I would like to add to the review I left before. I would like to add that since the Business Development Manager became aware of my review I have received a full apology from him and reassurance that he would be investigating what went wrong. He personally delivered some oil additive as a good will gesture. His actions give me hope that the company does care about their customers and my experience will not be repeated.

I do not recommend this company! I used them as their prices were competitive. I ordered my fuel on 9th December in order to avoid the Christmas rush. I still had a number of bars on my watchman. All the companies including Ribble Fuels said they could deliver within a week. Ribble fuels did not deliver within the week as they had promised. I phoned every day and each day Ribble fuels 'assured me' my oil would be delivered that day. Each day they promised my fuel would be deliver, it was not. In fact it did not arrive until 2 weeks after I had ordered it and by this time I had been without heating and hot water for 5 days and my system then gained an air lock. I was fortunate to find a very helpful local engineering company who went out of their way to attend our property and sort the air lock out just before Christmas. This I had to pay for myself. I will never use Ribble Fuels again. They consistently lied to me. I would not recommend them!

Very good fuel delivery service, and our driver (Ryan) is very helpful & friendly, I would heartily recommend them

Absolutely disgraceful service. Promised us an oil deliver on Friday, never turned up, phoned and there said there driver was on a half day, no phone call nothing. Pay these people DD every month and this is the service they provided. Very unhelpful w9man on the end of the phone. AVOID

Their website says 69.16ppl plus vat red diesel/gas oil

When emailed them and asked about the price they saying 78.95ppl plus vat

Whats it all about the price difference?? 🤔🤔🤔

Looks like complete rip off to me for over 1000Litre 😡
