JD Sports

BUYER BEWARE ! Website is very poor, it will allow you to order, take payment and then inform you by email 30 minutes later that they are cancelling the order as the item is out of stock, BUT it will take 5-7 days to process a refund ! I would suggest shopping on other websites that clearly indicate when something is unavailable. JD sports were not interested when I tried to give feedback.

The shop was not crowded or too busy when I arrived but staff seem to blend in and become unidentifiable. This in turn gives them a lack lustre appearance.
When you can identify staff, they seem distracted and unengaging thereby giving the impression they'd sooner be doing anything else but provide a modicum of customer service.
As such, I lost interest in what I'd intended to purchase and will wait for a better opportunity.

The highstreet is dying & this is not the way to save it. Jd is clearly struggling. Run by cocky kids that have no clue about customer service. No interest. No care. No hope.

For a trainer specialist they don't dedicate enough of the floor space to trainers.

This is the first time I've visited a JD sports store in a very long time. It was very nice and quiet. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I visited the store with my mum after she had purchased a Gregg's and the staff member on the door allowed me to leave it but the door whilst I explored around the store, this I thought was nice and thoughtful and it save me potentially ruining the items of clothing etc.
