Sadly this company needs to sort out their accounting system better as they have been harassing my grandmother for several months over a bill that she has already paid. This has caused an elderly lady much distress and anxiety. So far the promised written apology has not materialised.

Supplied our heating oil, remarkably swift delivery, prices on a par with competitors, pleased with service.

We were desperately low on heating oil last week.Our usual supplier, who had delivered to us for the last 10 years was just not picking up my phone call. I was recommended to try Heltor at Newton Abbot and the staff in the office were pleasant and helpful. They promised to deliver within a week , but in fact phoned me an hour later and said a delivery would be made that afternoon.
By 2:30 pm the friendly driver was filling the tank !. Thank you Heltor for going above and beyond!. You can count on our business in the future.

Really great service, able to deliver the following morning when I'd run out. Which was very much appreciated.
