Excellent Birthday party and Father's Day celebration at 360 Play Farnborough
We celebrated our son's sixth birthday party at 360 Farnborough a few weeks ago.We have below feedback to share: -

Superb venue - 360 Play Farnborough is a superb venue for all types of celebrations and it has everything for every age group. Best place to keep children happy and constructively engaged.

Amazing Ryan Stevens (Centre Manager) and his team- Hats off to the most amazing manager and wonderful person Ryan Stevens who made it a memorable day for all of us.From the first phone call to the final day, he was always available to answer any queries.Never seen such a patient listener, a great mentor to the organization, and a perfectionist in all his ways.He made sure everything was spot on from start to finish. We had two parties booked at the venue and Ryan Stevens was throughout working so hard. Never saw him unavailable on the floor even for a second.

Delicious food-The quality of food was up to the mark and it was fresh and delicious too. The prices were reasonable and lots of varieties to choose from.

Value for money-Everything was included in the party package {the venue, food, party bags}. Hence, it was so comfortable and easy. It was worth every penny.

Highly recommend it - Looking forward to planning more celebrations at this venue with Ryan Stevens

Dated, tired, dirty, hardly any toys in the role play area. Why is the main play frame in near complete darkness? The images they portray on social media do not show what this place looks like in real life. See photo of the ball pit in the under 3s soft play area. Where are the balls?!?!

We decided to party at Farnbourough 360 play and it was an ok experience for us. First, shout out for our host Lorraine who was very helpful and was available throughout and we were glad that we got her as host. However, there were things that we were not very happy about. First, kid was not allowed to cut the cake that was our biggest let down, an experience that our kid missed. Twirl (Mascot) was good and got the kids engaged. The playtime was sufficient and generally the kids were happy. However, we think the food served to the kids was less in quantity. We were allowed to stick some banners and balloons with blu tack. Parking is bit expensive (2 gbp for 2 hours, redeemable at Sainsbury) at Sainsbury so would suggest to park at ASDA instead. We had good time

Attended our first time at 360 play Farnborough. Personally for us we felt we would never return.

I have never been to a child’s play attraction that was so dirty. Considering covid has passed, most business have taken it upon themselves to keep areas clean/tidy. This was definitely not the case.

You could see the dirt / dust everywhere. Even in the kids large Lego area. Considering it’s an area used I would assume all day.
On top of the large indoor play section was a different level to say the least.

We also found some of the staff members so unorganised, and some members actually acted scared of children?? To the point where they would throw their arms up in the air, pause and panic as a child would walk past them?

Don’t get me wrong, I know children can come across manic, in a rush and super excited in these areas. But you would think with this being you’re place of work you would know this.

Food was awful, I mean who gives out coffee cakes in a child’s lunch bag?

I think the concept is great, so many different role play areas and lots to do. just unfortunately letdown by the whole experience due to these reasons.

Please don’t let the words 360 into thinking you also have a 360 view of your children also. This is not the case!

If this is something you are looking for, I would strongly recommend to parents Rubys Cafe, 100%! super clean, friendly staff and total view of your children.

Visited with our Granddaughter on Saturday, let's say we will never return. The place was filthy from going up in the lift, to all the play areas, no toys in any of the areas. High chair was a health risk had to completely wipe it down before putting our granddaughter in it. Didn't even attempt to visit the toilets!

Not much fun. Going during a peak time is not worth it. It's way too busy even for a busy soft play standards! Nowhere to sit, soft play frame heaving not just with kids but also with parents clogging up passageways. Pretend play areas total mess with stuff all over the floor or nothing left to play with. No lockers is a big let down too. Not worth the money we paid for entry.

Recently had a birthday party at 360. I was reluctant to book because of the cost but in the end my daughter begged for it so I caved. Our host, Alvis, was brilliant and the kids had an absolutely great time. It was super organised and took all of the stress out of it for me. It’s a shame it’s not more competitively priced as I’d do it every year but unfortunately at over £200 it’s going to be a ‘once in a lifetime’ for each of the kids. I also felt a bit bad that all of the kids parents had to pay for parking (not 360’s fault just a problem with the location).

Turnt up inside of prebooking was a mistake cost more and took time. Great area for kids to play our nearly 2 year old loved it. Overall condition was good for a well used soft play area. Great selection will be back again
