In very difficult times, Sue gave 110% help and care with my mums cremation.
And the entrance of the hearse with Steve in top hat leading was dignified and elegant. No detail was too much bother. Excellent service.

My Dad`s recent funeral was conducted by Bruce Carter & Son /Dignity Funerals .

Right up until the Funeral , through the entire service & afterwards , my Mum received exemplary & compassionate help , guidance & advice . A very professional company , the Staff thought of everything we needed & they were really kind & helpful to my Mum. The unexpected gifts of a plant & photo book were very thoughtful touches. Donations to our preferred charity were handled by the company as well .

Sue Willis was our main contact from the company & we were all extremely impressed by Sue`s compassion , kindness , helpfulness & how suited she is for her work in helping people through such traumatic times .
At short notice , we decided to pay for the webcast option for family who couldn`t be there : This was handled efficiently for us & was greatly appreciated .

The music we chose was clearly played & of just the right duration .

We were well briefed at the crematorium & the entire service was beautifully & respectfully carried out for us .

Sue Homer was the Funeral Celebrant , a very professional & compassionate person , who composed & presented a lovely eulogy for my Dad . The poems that Sue selected , & her eulogy were extremely appropriate & moving. Thank you for looking after us all so well at Dad`s funeral , Sue .

On the day , the Funeral Staff were dignified & helpful but unobtrusive , allowing us to say goodbye to Dad in a way that we can remember with comfort.

My Mum , my Wife & I , our Family & Friends , all said how well Dad`s funeral was conducted for us.

Thank you again , Sue Willis , Sue Homer , Steve & all of your Staff , for making such a tragic time for us , much more bearable . Your devotion to your profession , & to the well being of your Customers is exemplary , especially in these covid-restricted times.

I have wonderful memories of my Dad & saying goodbye to him at such a well conducted funeral , is a final , treasured way to remember & celebrate his life .

At such a sad time for me Sue Willis and the team were so helpful letting me take my time and talking through all that was going to happen.
They got us a lovely celebrate Sue Homer that did us proud on the day and sat and talked about what Eric was like.They were all happy to speak on the phone and help with just the smallest request and my husband looked good everyone that went to see him said that he looked like he saw just sleeping.
