R Gwinnell & Sons Memorials

We have sadly lost two elderly family members in the past 18 months and we asked Gwinnells to take care of their funeral arrangements, having been recommended by a family friend. Their whole approach was professional, they are extremely helpful and friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

A big thank you to Matt and his team for all he did for us, on what was the most difficult day of our lives. I can't recommend them enough. The way they so sensitively dealt with the wishes of our family and helped steer us through a very difficult time. Thank you, because you took the weight.

I telephoned yesterday and was very impressed by the helpful polite and considerate response that I received. Nothing seemed too much trouble and I would definitely recommend them.

Sometime in our grief we need help and support. That is what we got from Roy, Matt and Bev. Nothing was too much for them and they treated our mum with both care and dignity. That was important to us as although she had passed away she was still our mum.

My wife died late last year and Roy and the team put together a first class funeral for her. The help and advice was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble and they helped and guided me all the way through the process. Thank you to all the team there.

Mr Gwinnell and his team recently handled the funeral of a family member for us. We do not live in the area and chose them almost by luck. They could not have done a better job. We are full of praise for their discretion , compassion, understanding and attention to detail with traditional values.
