I AND MY FAMILY WOULD LIKE TO THANK, PAUL AND SARAH FOR GOING THE EXTRA MILE, WHEN MY WIFE NORNA PASSED AWAY, SHE WAS BURIED IN IMMANUEL CHURCH NEW LANE. AFTER A PERIOD OF TIME THE GRAVE SUNK, WHICH WAS EXPEDITED. TRYING TO TO GET IT REINSTATED WAS A REAL PROBLEM , AFTER 4 MONTHS OF TRYING TO GET IT SORTED THROUGH THE CHURCH. PAUL BARTON STEPPED IN AND DID THE JOB. YOU DO NOT GET MANY FUNERAL SERVICES DOING THAT.THANKS. PAUL AND SARAH.

We want to thank Paul, Sarah, Matthew and the team at Barton and Hallworth for the recent funeral of our much loved Wife and Mum Barbara. The whole process from Mum being collected with utmost dignity from her Nursing home, to helping us organise her cremation at Pleasington Crematorium was dealt with in a very professional but extremely caring manner. It was the first funeral I had been tasked with organising and I didn't know what to do. Paul and Sarah took the burden off me onto their shoulders, nothing was too much trouble. When Mum came into their loving care, she was treated with love and dignity, Paul made her look absolutely beautiful and at peace, we can't thank him enough for this.

The service at Pleasington Crematorium was absolutely beautiful, Sarah spoke for us and recited some beautiful poems for Mum.
Paul and Matthew brought Mum into the Crematorium with so much care and dignity.

We as a family cannot reccomend Barton and Hallworth enough. They are the most genuine and caring people who make a dreaded, upsetting day go flawlessy and we thank you so very much for that.

Go anywhere but here, absolutely pathetic from start to finish, got almost every detail about my dad wrong even his date of birth - all the while saying how important is the life between two dates, and one of them was wrong! - A complete shambles and my last memory of my father who I loved very much is just awful - thanks to Barton & Hallworth. Nothing, absolutely nothing about the service they provided was any good, nothing at all. And Garlands florist they recommended was just as bad. If you want a pathetic half-baked effort with no thought for you or your loved one then there's no place on earth like Barton & Hallworth. If you want respect and care with some effort made for the last day you'll ever have to remember someone you loved and who loved you - go anywhere else but Barton & Hallworth. Whatever they charged for this pantomime they've charged 99.9% too much.

Heartfelt thanks to Sarah and Paul for making my uncle's send off a wonderful, calm event. From start to finish they were professional and dignified. Sarah's reading was kind and beautiful. My uncle looked at peace and his funeral was one to be proud of. I cannot thank them enough for their exceptional care and attention to detail.

Paul & Sarah are so lovely. They ensure everything is done the way your loved one would appreciate which is very reassuring.
Highly recommended. I knew my mum would be in safe hands with them .
