Cheryl and Martin were fantastic with my mothers funeral but unfortunately today was a different story all together. We had a lady called Katie from Mitchell's who made the buriel of my mums ashes heartbreaking. She turned up said hi and just stood there, it was all very awkward. When i asked her about the service she told me I can't put my mums ashes in the ground she was to do it because her client requests it.she was very rude and disrespectful towards my mother and our family. She had both my children in tears and she said she was going to cancel the service. Katie explained who ever pays is the person that decides what happens and
