Whilst the girls in the office are great, this company are badly let down by their managements attitude to families who have lost their loved ones. Absolute disgrace. I for one wouldn't touch these again with a bargepole until they sort out their so called "leaders". They need to grow up and quick.

During the hardest time in my life I found 'Charlie' of the baldock office very kind and supportive, she was very outstanding in her helpfulness in organising my dad's funeral just as he'd wished.
I'd also like to use this opportunity to thank Luke who'd came to collect my dad from home as this was where my dad wanted to be, it was the early hours of the morning but they were so respectful of the family at this sad time, E H crouch then ensured that he was the funeral director on the day and he phoned to talk me through what to expect on the day and if there was any wishes we had a few days before.
As a family we wanted to view my dad in the chapel of rest and my dad looked so peaceful it was a very peaceful time for us and Charlie stayed close by, just outside the main door but there just in case we needed her.
I'd never had to sort out anything like this before and during a time of great sadness the whole team at E H Crouch was very supportive and available at any time for any questions I had and also they'd phone to make sure everything is ok and even after they phoned to ask if there was anything else they could help with.

My family and I were very happy with our involvement with Crouch Funeral Directors and can’t thank them enough for their professionalism. We were treated with kindness and respect throughout.

Charley was kind sympathetic and professional. Luke was so helpful and reassuring on the day. Sophie, the celebrant listened and did everything I requested.
The staff I met were a good team making a very sad occasion manageable.

I cannot thank the Baldock team enough. Chris in the office was reassuring, extremely helpful and efficient. On the day of the funeral Steve and his team were kind, patient, clear and well organised. The attention to detail was immaculate. Their efforts transformed a highly emotional time into a worry free event which they managed effortlessly and with dignity. Thank you EHCrouch.

Charlotte (Charley) has guided us through two bereavements in the last two years, the first during the height of Covid and again more recently with the loss of my brother. On both occasions I could not fault Crouch’s dedication, care and understanding. The planning, timing and arrangements were spot on which made such sad occasions a little more manageable. At the recent funeral of my brother the gentleman who looked after us at the crematorium (unfortunately I cannot recall his name) was also so understanding and kind. Thank you.

The guys at Baldock were great , very sympathetic during the whole process and kept me updated whenever needed , mums service went as well as it could and I thank the guys for all their support and help throughout what is a tough time losing a loved one
