The Company provided a very caring and efficient service in dealing with my wife's sudden death and Cremation wishes. They were excellent in providing the information I needed and in helping me through the process. They kept in touch throughout and kept me informed of what was happening. Ernest Cocks provided us with the best possible service through a really challenging time. Sarah and the team went above and beyond at all times and showed us all the upmost respect and delivered the best possible care to my mother on her final journey. We could not rate them higher before the funeral everything was processed in fine detail at our pace and with compassion and dignity towards all involved. During the funeral they were highly professional and supportive and the aftercare in the days following was an unexpected extra that was highly welcomed. Honestly for one of the hardest and emotionally fuelled times in life they are the best set of people to walk you through it! Thank you so much especially to Sarah and the team!
