From the moment I called A H Rogers and spoke to Andrea, we felt that we were in very safe hands. Andrea kept us informed the whole away along about what would happen, what we as a family needed to do, and what she would do for us. It was very comforting at such a difficult time. I would not hesitate to recommend Andrea and her whole team.

I cannot thank Andrea and the team at Hedge End enough for their caring and professional service we received for my Mums funeral. Very warm and supportive, and helped me through a very difficult time. Nothing prepared you for the loss of a loved one but with Andreas support and guidance helped me throughout. I was super impressed with Diane the celebrate too, she made the service flow with her kind and caring words, I was asked if Diane knew mum as her words sounded like she was her long term friend. Andrea was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. She made the whole process easy for us to navigate through and showed patience and compassion to us at a very difficult time. Andrea was amazing! She guided me through the whole process and was an immense support in a very trying situation. Matt was very professional and conducted the service, as did Diane, very sympathetically. As far as funerals go, this was the best and very comforting. Superb service from start to finish.

From the very start Andrea was amazing, she went over and above to make everything run as smooth as possible. We had a number of issues that had nothing to do with the funeral directors but Andrea did everything she could to resolve. She was at the end of the phone at all times. I genuinely believe we would not have had the same experience had we used a different funeral directors. I would highly recommend.
