Carrells Funeral Directors

This is the third time I have used Carrells, in Havant, for funeral arrangements. From start to finish, I have found them to be helpful, compassionate and supportive, providing advice and recommendations for types of funeral, ministers and other related services. I was in regular contact with them throughout, which was reassuring.
When I needed to visit my relative(s) in the chapel of rest, Carrells were always accommodating, sometimes arranging ‘out of hours’ visits. On the day of the funeral service(s) everything ran very smoothly it and was conducted respectfully. I would definitely recommend Carrells.

(Rachel) was welcoming , professional, patient, respectful and empathetic on our first visit and this continued throughout , with all members of staff
Any arrangements , telephone calls, emails etc were carried through in a timely and professional way
On the day of the funeral again everybody was lovely and it all went off perfectly
The flowers and photo that were given to the widow after the service were an unexpected an very personal touch.

Carrels carried out my father in law’s funeral on 25th July to the highest standards possible. Rachel & Ryan were excellent and planned the cremation in fine detail. They kept me informed at every stage and recommended an excellent celebrant. They made the whole experience easy and we’re extremely thoughtful at every stage.

All those who attended commented how well the whole ceremony had been carried out with dignity and thoughtfulness.

Excellent service from start to finish. Rachel;s professionalism at Carrell's was exceptional and was a world apart from other FD;s we explored.

With the shock of losing Mum, we didn't know which way to turn. Luckily, Mum had made a funeral plan so Carrells was her choice of funeral directors. I have to say that from the moment we made our first contact with Rachael to the funeral itself, nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend Carrells and all their staff.

I cannot recommend Carrell's enough. Every step of the process was thoughtfully, sensitively and professionally handled. Rachel has a wonderfully gentle, loving manner and made the whole family feel supported, heard and comfortable. She was patient and persevering when having to deal with a difficult GP practice.
