I cannot recommend W Hodges in Sevenoaks highly enough. The service I received was outstanding from start to finish and everyone was knowledgeable, professional and above all kind.

I had no idea or experience of what I needed to do when my husband died, but from the moment I spoke with Sally I felt like I had a friend to guide me through everything. In the first few days Sally liaised with our doctor and arranged for both the registrar and celebrant to contact me directly. When I was arranging the funeral, nothing was too much trouble and Sally even liaised with the florist and with Kate, the celebrant, in order to arrange the music. Everything on the day ran smoothly thanks to Lorraine, the funeral director, and her team, who couldn't have put me more at ease at such a difficult time.

Sally, at W Hodges, ensured everything was organised and in place at the right time.
She avoided the obsequious behaviour that can be found in Funeral Directors, but still dealt with my Mum's funeral with care, compassion and tact.
The whole team were very professional and everything went ahead as expected with no problems at all. Thank you to the whole team for a great job on the day, in the background but attentive, and leading up to it.

All the girls at W Hodges are amazing, especially Sarah. Nothing was to much trouble and they handled my fathers funeral with the highest level of respect and compassion. Everything was explained in great detail, every time we popped in we were made to feel so welcome and it gave me a lot of comfort knowing that my beautiful dad was in safe caring hands

We dealt with Sarah at Hodges who was brilliant. She made the whole experience less traumatic with her warmth, kindness, compassion and humour. Sarah and the team were fantastic and gave a very compassionate, warm and professional service. I was planning a double funeral and Sarah kept me informed throughout the process while she arranged the flowers, orders of service, celebrant etc.. Sarah also had a hand in arranging the death certificates for me which I was very grateful for.
In the unfortunate event that I ever have to plan another funeral I shall definitely be using W Hodges again.

I arranged the funeral with Smiths in Edenbridge High street, lovely friendly meeting, from then it everything was made so easy. The funeral was done so well, everyone from the funeral services were very smartly dressed and all involved on the day were wonderful. I couldnt ask for more than this at such an emotional time...Thank you so much for everything from myself and all the family.
