They were so caring, respectful and very helpful throughout the process at a very difficult time for our family.

We arranged a funeral with Pickards and Beale early September and had to call them in the middle of the night (2.30am) they were very helpful and professional, Mike from Maidstone came with his colleague to our home, they were very respectful and compassionate. We visited Pickards and Beale on 3 ocasions to make the funeral arrangements for my dad and cannot fault them. Pat was very understanding and helpful and due to the situation we were in ( devastated) we didn't feel rushed to put the funeral together, and was allowed the time to plan. I cannot thank Pat enough for everything she did and remained professional throughout . Also the manager Nick was very helpful and accommodating in discussing the final plans. Marc Lamenza came to visit us to put together a eulogy for my late father, he did an outstanding job and it was a fitting tribute to my dad.

Very good service. We (the deceased family) made a slight alteration from the original plan, but it was dealt with calmly and efficiently. Pat in the office, is very competant, friendly and caring. Mike who conducted the funeral, was sympathetic, courteous and skilful. The whole proceedings went off without a hitch. Thank you to Pickard and Beale, I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.
