They were so helpful, my friend hasn't organised a funeral before but Frederick W Paine in Worcester Park guided them through everything and didn't mind when changes were made. The actual funeral itself was conducted beautifully - my friend's relative would have been proud! All the staff involved in the funeral were lovely.

Very happy with the professional, courteous & friendly service provided by Jim Duffy on behalf of Frederick Paine funeral directors in Worcester Park. Particular thanks to Jim who took took great care when arranging my aunt’s funeral to make sure that all the wishes of my aunt and her family were adhered to and we were all pleased with the service he arranged. All the mourners present also agreed that it was a lovely service and just as Vera would have wanted.

From the moment I first spoke on the telephone with Jim, I was assured that my dear father and myself would be well looked after. I endured over three weeks awaiting a coroner's report for my dear dad, and Jim was in constant contact giving me reassurance and guidance.
