Doves, were the most compassionate caring company we used for my husbands funeral. We have used them before and they did not fail to meet expectations. They were caring and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would have no hesitation is using their services again and would recommend them. They took the stress away and helped above and beyond to given us a memorable service.

Very sadly both my mum and step dad passed away within a day of each other. Doves of Maidstone were exceptional in taking care of both my parents and allowing us to plan a joint service. All the staff were supportive, respectful and supported me and my family through this heartbreaking time. The service they offer is outstanding and supported us every step of the way. Thank you all for your kindness and understanding and showing so much respect to our parents.

Having never had to arrange a funeral our selves before we did not know where to start. Doves looked after both my husbands dad and grandad after their passing so his nan was certain she wanted her final care to be through Doves also. From the first phone call Viv was amazing. She provided all the information we could need, explained all the processes and allowed us to make the choices and decisions for nans care and service. Nothing was to much and all queries were answered so quickly. Due to an incident we were late getting to the cars for the funeral, Doves again supported us and informed the crematorium so we were still able to continue as planned and travel in the cars.
Thank you to Viv and the team at Doves for taking excellent care of both nan and us all. Although we hope to have no further losses for some time we will certainly use your services again if or when we need.

Unfortunately when my Dad passed away four years ago, we had to review some undertakers and decided to go with Doves at the Sittingbourne branch, near where my parents had lived for many years.
We were helped by a lovely lady called Julie who ensured that my Dad was given a well deserved and lovely send off, so I had no hesitation when 4 years later, my tremendous Mum also passed away, to get in touch with Doves once again.

Once again Julie, who remembered my Mum Eileen, went above and beyond to ensure that, like my dad, my Mum had a most fitting service and that the organising of such was as stress free as possible.

We would highly recommend without hesitation, Doves funeral services, which were most caring and personable from beginning to end by the whole team.

We would like share our wonderful experience with Doves in Maidstone, we as a family have been totally blown away with the fantastic service that has been given in such difficult circumstances after losing both our mum and dad within 6 months of each other.
The professional, caring , warm nature and kindness we have been shown cannot be completely expressed in these few words. Not only from meeting the ladies involved Viv & Kayleigh but the incredible understanding of a most wonderful man Chris , who is in charge of the funeral cortège on the day. He is a most warm hearted and generous man who with his wonderful guidance and empathy at all times along with the great support we managed to give both our parents the day they truly deserved, No task was to much for anyone.We cannot recommend Doves of Maidstone enough , we thank them with all our hearts this has happened between Feb - July 2022

The whole team at Doves in Maidstone are absolutely amazing. They are caring & considerate and looked after us extremely well - nothing was too much trouble. Viv was outstanding and very attentive. She explained everything to us in a very compassionate way and helped make the funeral arrangements for mum as painless as possible for us. She was always available to offer advice and answer any questions. Chris our funeral director was so caring on the day of the funeral, making sure that we were ok every step of the way and looked after mum extremely well on her final journey.

Doves were wonderful. Nothing was to much for them to do. They were very compassionate and understanding and so very kind. They helped me sort out everything that needed doing. They took great care of my Mum until it was time to say goodbye. They also phoned me the day after the funeral to check that I was ok. I would highly recommend them to anyone that has lost a loved one.

Doves in Maidstone absolutely helped me. I had no idea how to arrange a funeral but viv was so helpful and professional. Matthew conducted himself as a true gentleman throughout and our celebrant Karyn was amazing before and during the service which she made so special. I recommend doves to anyone who is in the unfortunate position to need a funeral service as they are amazing from start to finish.
