Used them for my fathers funeral a few years ago as we only live around the corner and was a very pleasant experience during a hard time in my life.

On the other hand an incident with a staff member I witnessed today as a passer by was very far from being pleasant. A middle aged woman standing in the doorway of the premises, being aggressive and intimidating, confronting 2 younger women outside the store who seemed to be just as shocked as I was at her behaviour.

Highly disappointing to see such an unprofessional display from a respresentative of such a well known, local company.

I could not recommend highly enough Sue, Jackie and the team at the Chessington branch. From the time I had to call their out of hours service at midnight, through all the arrangements; the Church service, including liaising with the Vicar, sourcing an organist through to the crematorium the following day their conduct was exemplary. Sue was so helpful in helping us with the content of the Order of Service and then arranging for the printing all the stress was taken away from you. Jackie was in charge on the day and it all ran really smoothly due to the very considerate and empathetic way she had of dealing with everyone on what was a very emotional day.

First class service .Took all the pressure of us at sad time. All staff were friendly and helpful

Very professional and understanding. Sue at the Chessington branch kept in touch throughout the whole process and ensured it was smooth and without problems.

Karen and Sue at the Chessington branch were very efficient in arranging the funeral of the wife’s mother. Every thing was taken care of so we had nothing to worry about. Even finding us Karen to
minister the service.

Having suffered the loss of my mother very suddenly at the end of October, I cannot thank the Funeral Directors at Frederick Paine in Chessington enough for their excellent support and help during this difficult time.
